Maxtor MT-3201 Thermal Grease (Heat Sink Compound) is a high-quality silicone-based thermal paste designed to provide excellent heat dissipation, thermal conductivity, and electrical insulation.
It is non-curing, stable in the paste state, and maintains long-term performance in the temperature range of –40°C to +180°C. The product complies with EU RoHS directive requirements, making it safe and environment-friendly.
