✅ MT1301 B RTV Thermal Conductive Silicone Sealant �� Product Description

Maxtor MT1301 B RTV Thermal Conductive Silicone Sealant is a one-component, room temperature vulcanizing adhesive made of organic materials.
It provides excellent heat dissipation, heat conduction, electrical insulation, waterproofing, weather resistance, and strong adhesion.
The sealant cures naturally in air and maintains long-term stability in the temperature range of –40°C to +180°C, while fully complying with EU RoHS directive requirements.

�� Product Applications

• Thermal bonding and sealing of power supplies, chargers, and electronic assemblies

• Fixing and heat conduction in LED lamp radiators and PCBs (specially suitable for SMD high-power lamps)

• Bonding and thermal management for other electronic and electrical components

�� Product Instructions

• Ensure the surface is absolutely clean before use

• Apply the sealant directly to the surface; fix in place and allow natural curing in air

• Higher temperature accelerates curing speed

• Keep away from children

• Use opened tubes as early as possible

• If contact with skin: wipe and wash with water

• If contact with eyes: rinse immediately with water and seek medical care

�� Storage & Transport

• Store in a dry, cool place, avoid rain and direct sun exposure

• Shelf life: 6 months at 25°C

• Classified as non-hazardous and can be transported as general chemicals
